We require 15 volunteer hours per family (not student) for the season or make a $350 nonprofit donation. Students can perform at promotional events as a part of their volunteer hours. The deadline for sign-ups is January 16.
Last season, thanks to our generous donors, we were able to provide 270 tickets to families in need. This year, our goal is to gift 300 tickets—and you can help make it happen!
Recipients
Do you know an organization that could help connect these tickets with families in need? If so, please share their contact information with us via Procare.
Donors
For just $15, you can bless someone with a free ticket. Whether you donate 1 ticket or 300, every contribution makes a difference! What we love most about this program is that anyone, anywhere can take part. All donations are tax-deductible in the U.S. and cast members and their families can earn a complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets gifted.
Help us spread the word! Share this link with your friends and invite them to participate under the Gift-A-Ticket section.
Tickets for all shows are available on Eventbrite, but we encourage you to share our official webpage instead! This helps promote sponsorship opportunities and our Gift-A-Ticket program. Share this link!
Ticket Sales
We’re aiming to sell out by April 15, and we need your help! Please share the event link with friends, family, and on social media to help fill the seats.
Comp Tickets
Cast members and their families can earn 1 comp ticket for every 10 show tickets sold. Guests can list your name as a referral during checkout on Eventbrite.
Volunteer Seats
If you’re volunteering in front-of-house roles (tickets, token sales, ushers, etc.), you’re welcome to sit in open seats during the show or stand in the back if we’re sold out.
Let’s make this season a success—thank you for your support!
Under the Sea Tea Party (Ticketed Event)
Cast members and their families can purchase tickets to this special event! Only performing cast members (Mersisters, Flounder, Seahorse–only Madeline Gainey, and Ariel) will participate in the event, while all other cast members are welcome to attend as guests with a purchased ticket.
