Policies and Pricing

We use the Procare app for registration, communication with parents, attendance, event updates, activities, incident reports, and so much more. Payments must be made through the app and can be tracked by users throughout the year and at the end of the year for tax purposes. Watch tutorials to learn more.

Monthly Payments

Group classes run semester long and are charged every four weeks. Private lessons can range from 30-60 minute sessions each week. Email us to schedule private lessons: info@worldupsidedown.org

Price and Payments
Our group classes, private lessons, and programs are charged monthly or every four weeks. Monthly payments are due on the first of the month and will be pro-rated if students start before a new class or program begins.

Dance shoes and apparel is not included with tuition. Contact our dance teacher Sara St. Clair with Twice Upon a TuTu for affordable dance apparel options.

We follow the Greenville County public school schedule. We prorate monthly payments for Spring Break and Christmas holidays. We do not prorate payments for other holidays throughout the school year.

Late Pickup
After school pick up is at 6:00PM sharp. A late fee of $1 per late minute will be incurred when a child is picked up after 6:05PM.

Musical Theater Program

We run full and spring seasons for musical theater. Spring season starts in January and ends in May. Fall season starts in August and ends in December. Three-hour sessions are held weekly for the duration of the season. Enrollment for ensemble is rolling until a month or two before show time and at the discretion of the director.

We will have multiple casts simultaneously producing the show each season. Each cast can have up to 35 members. Auditions will be held, and everyone who signs up will be able to participate as a singer, actor, dancer or tech team member.

Price and Payments
The theater program costs $123 per student per month. Monthly payments are due on the first Friday. Tuition does not include costumes or props, but we always work with students to find affordable options.

Late Pickup
Theater program pick up is at 8:00PM sharp. A late fee of $1 per late minute will be incurred when a child is picked up after 8:05PM.
