Policies and Pricing

Procare

We use the Procare app for registration, communication with parents, attendance, event updates, activities, incident reports, and so much more. Payments must be made through the app and can be tracked by users throughout the year and at the end of the year for tax purposes. Watch tutorials to learn more.

Monthly Payments

Duration
Group classes run semester long and are charged every four weeks. Private lessons can range from 30-60 minute sessions each week. Email us to schedule private lessons: info@worldupsidedown.org

Price and Payments
Our group classes, private lessons, and programs are charged monthly or every four weeks. Monthly payments are due on the first of the month and will be pro-rated if students start before a new class or program begins.

Dance shoes and apparel is not included with tuition. Contact our dance teacher Sara St. Clair with Twice Upon a TuTu for affordable dance apparel options.

After School

Duration
Full-time after school runs Mon-Fri from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Early arrival is permitted. Part-time after school runs from 3:00 pm-6:00pm for two days a week (your choice of Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs). We follow the Greenville County public school schedule. We prorate monthly payments for Spring Break and Christmas holidays. We do not prorate payments for other holidays throughout the school year.

Late Pickup
After school pick up is at 6:00PM sharp. A late fee of $1 per late minute will be incurred when a child is picked up after 6:05PM.

Musical Theater Program

Duration
We run full and spring seasons for musical theater. Spring season starts in January and ends in May. Fall season starts in August and ends in December. Three-hour sessions are held weekly for the duration of the season. Enrollment for ensemble is rolling until a month or two before show time and at the discretion of the director.

Cast
We will have multiple casts simultaneously producing the show each season. Each cast can have up to 35 members. Auditions will be held, and everyone who signs up will be able to participate as a singer, actor, dancer or tech team member.

Price and Payments
The theater program costs $123 per student per month. Monthly payments are due on the first Friday. Tuition does not include costumes or props, but we always work with students to find affordable options.

Late Pickup
Theater program pick up is at 8:00PM sharp. A late fee of $1 per late minute will be incurred when a child is picked up after 8:05PM.

Discounts & Scholarships

Siblings Discount: We offer a 5% discount for siblings for all of our classes and programs. 

Veterans Discount: We offer a 5% discount for siblings for all of our classes and programs.

Email Discount: Get on our email list to get a 5% coupon code which can only be used one time, but stay tuned because we offer special discounts through our email throughout the year.

Scholarships: World Upside Down nonprofit receives grants and donations in order to sponsor students in need.  If we do not have any funds available, we try to work with families enduring financial hardship as much as we can. Fill out this form to apply for a scholarship.

Refunds

Payment for group classes is final and not refundable unless the minimum requirement for students is not met. Monthly payments for private lessons, part-time or full-time after school, and musical theater is final and not refundable. The 3% transaction fee charged by the merchant is nonrefundable.

Late Fees

Payments for weekly classes, the theater program, and the after school program are due before the 1st of each month for the next month’s classes/programs. A $15 late fee will be added for payments received after the 1st. We reserve the right to discontinue service if the account becomes two weeks delinquent. We understand that occasional financial situations arise; please keep us informed as to your family’s situation in advance of delinquency so we can work with you.
