Theater Program Updates

Attention: Parents and Cast Members

Throughout the season, we use the Procare app for program updates. We will share a link to this page letting you know which section has been updated and requires urgent attention. If you have any questions, please reply to us via Procare. If you don’t hear back from us within 24 business hours, send a bump message like, “Hey, did you get my message?”  We promise to get back to you asap!

  • Licensing purchases have been made. This means that music tracks and actor books will arrive soon. While you wait, click here to access a digital copy of the script (this may or may not be the most edited version).
  • Monday, January 20 is our Ring, Rattle, & Raise Fundraiser 11:00am-1:00pm. Get FREE PIZZA and help us spread the word about our spring shows and events!
  • Check out the Homework section for updated links.
  • Check out the Volunteer section for the Volunteer Schedule and make a comment on the document if you see an error. Signups were due Jan 16 so if you haven’t signed up yet, do it today!

Season and rehearsal schedules are listed below. Rehearsal schedules will be updated weekly.

We require 15 volunteer hours per family (not student) for the season or make a $350 nonprofit donation. Students can perform at promotional events as a part of their volunteer hours.  The deadline for sign-ups is January 16.

If you have already signed up, you can confirm your signup schedule here. Make a comment on the document if you need to make a schedule change.

Weekly homework is assigned at the end of rehearsal each week and should be completed by the next performance.

By the end of January, we’ll be publishing information about costumes for you to purchase. Stay tuned!

auditions

Callback list: Starting at 4:00pm

Due to inclement weather, and consideration our community’s safety, we are changing audition times. New Audition times are Saturday, January 11 from 12pm-3pm with callbacks at 3:30pm. If you have been assigned a new time slot and cannot make it, please send a message to Cassandra Puello via Procare to let her know which time slot you can do so she can make the necessary adjustments.

Due to the snowstorm and the uncertain road conditions, families are more than welcome to come for their audition time slot and stay at the studio for callbacks. Keep in mind that not all students will participate in call backs, and this does not mean that they will not have a principal role. If you decide to stay for longer than your time slot, pleas bring your own snacks, food, and games to make your time more comfortable while you wait for the audition to conclude.

  • The Show Room will be open with movies playing for your enjoyment.
  • The Mixed Media Room will be available as an eating area.

We kindly ask that parents supervise their children and help us keep the studio clean and tidy. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you!

Prepare an audition monologue and song (30 seconds to 1 minute each). Students can choose any song but must choose a monologue from this document for their audition: TLM Auditions
