Attention: Parents and Cast Members

This is the page you can go to for all things related to the Spring 2025 theater program. For communication during the theater program, send us a message in Procare. If you don’t hear back from us within 24 business hours, send a bump message like, “Hey, did you get my message?” We promise to get back to you asap!

Musical Theater Show: The Little Mermaid Jr. (youth ages 5+ – 17)
Stage Play Show: Mermixed, An original love story of a prince and princess in Atlantica (youth ages 5+ and adults – no tuition is required for adults)

We will post weekly homework assignments here.

We require 15 volunteer hours per family each season or a $350 nonprofit donation. The volunteer signup list is coming soon!

By the end of January, we’ll be publishing information about costumes for you to purchase. Stay tuned!

🍂So as we celebrate Thanksgiving this year at World Upside Down, we want to give thanks for our art teacher Abigail Aeschliman and her husband Samuel and newborn Jonathan Elijah.

🙌🏽 Jonathan is an 8 lb 13 oz miracle baby who was born at 5:30 pm on November 23rd, 2024. His name means, “God has given”. Jonathan has holoprosencephaly (HPE) is a condition that changes the way a baby’s brain develops. In HPE, the left and right sides of the brain do not separate like they should.

💙 Yesterday, we got to visit the Aeschlimans and were able to meet Jonathan for the first time. We’ve been praying for him since we learned of his HPE diagnosis, and the last few months have been in urgent prayer for Abigail, Samuel, and Jonathan. We know yhsy God is able to heal Jonathan. We have also know that His purpose in Jonathan’s life is better than anything we could imagine.

🙏🏽 Abigail and Samuel do not know how long they will have Jonathan, but he has been able to breathe and eat on his own eat and enjoys supplemental oxygen. It’s a monent by moment journey of faith and trust in our amazing Heavenly Father. We couldn’t be prouder of Abigail and Samuel and the amazing example they have been to all of us with their strong faith in Jesus.

When asked what God has taught her in the process, Abigail said, “Eternity. I’ve realized just how close we are to eternity and to cherish every moment we have.”

🙌🏽 Thank you, Good Father, for Jonathan’s life and the reminder he gives us all of the brevity of life and the closeness of eternity. May we be ready now to meet you face-to-face, and may we cherish every moment until then!
