Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs)

Elizabet Serrano is a dedicated and empathetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Holding a Master's degree in ABA, Elizabet has cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior.

Gladis Serrano, BCBA, is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her extensive expertise spans early intervention, school-aged children (5-21 years), and adults in various settings, including group homes, schools, clinics, and in-home environments.
Gladis has a genuine passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses. She derives immense joy from collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in a child's therapy and school teams. Her open and inclusive approach fosters strong relationships, ensuring comprehensive support for each child.
As a committed BCBA, Gladis prioritizes delivering high-quality services tailored to the unique needs of each child. Her dedication to excellence and passion for empowering individuals with ASD and their families drive her to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Milca is an amazing vocalist and plays saxophone and has recorded vocals for several indie artists. She is a social media influencer and leads worship at NewSpring church. She has a BS in Special Education from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Enrique Ureña and is excited about offering classes and services to students with special needs. She teaches music classes and private voice lessons at the studio.

Joanna Puello has over 25 years of experience as an educator, nonprofit founder, senior instructional designer, and entrepreneur. A musician and performer, she started playing violin at 4 and performed in the Grand Rapids Youth orchestra from ages 11-16. She started playing piano and performing theater productions at 7. In high school, she landed lead roles in Les Miserables, Mary Poppins, Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof, and Annie. In the university, she performed lead roles in Antigone, I Never Saw Another Butterfly, and Peter Pan. While living in the Dominican Republic, she directed The Sound of Music and an original Easter production. Joanna has done voiceover work for radio, TV, and churches. She holds a BA in Creative Writing and an MS in Instructional Design.
Joanna founded World Upside Down nonprofit in 2013 and World Upside Down Arts Studio in 2023 out of a firm belief that creativity is a gift from God and reflects her Creator’s beauty, majesty, and infinite love for her. She believes that arts education is the best tool she can use to change the world and give a legacy of hope for the next generation.
